We come to your office to teach you and your staff how to use AI to improve office operations of your business or workplace. This hands-on workshop is specifically designed for secretaries, admin assistants, business owners and managers, HR staff, marketing staff, real estate agents, etc. It is not for IT and technical personal. This is a practical workshop with lots of time allocated to working with AI with your business tasks - and many opportunities to ask questions.

- How to automate tasks, and use AI to work for you, and make you more efficient
- How to get AI analyze data and summarize large amounts of text and write Excel formulas for you.

We don't have any software, apps, subscription or anything else to sell you. There is no Gold program to join, we are just here to teach you how to use AI. Our primary business is providing practical technology training to organizations, to help them use technology daily in your office.
The format of our workshops is as follows, first we will explain an AI topic you need to know about for 15mins, then I will demostrate how to do that task using AI for about 5mins, then you will actually do that task with AI for 10-15mins. Then we repeat for the next topic. There will be no talk of strategy goals or change management or senior leadership synergies, it is practical workshop on how to use these AI tools today in your office and business.
For each topic we cover you will get to try it out yourself, we provide all the sample data so that you can try it out yourself or you can use your own business data or examples or ideas to see how it will work for your business. This is a very hands on workshop where you get to see how AI can work in your business.
While we might be a bit nerdy, these are not technical workshops. There will be NO programming or talk about designing AI systems. This is for regular business office users who use MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint at their desk and are responsible for responding to customers requests, writing marketing materials, or do administrative work in offices.
During the workshop we will show you how to do tasks using both ChatGPT and Google Gemini. Our ideas and examples can be applied to any AI tool. You should have a paid version of either ChatGPT or Google Gemini for the workshop. Bring your laptop because you will be doing lots of work yourself trying out the ideas and examples yourself.
If you only have a small team or you are a solo operator you are welcome to team up with others businesses in your area and we can present the workshop for your whole group. They can be related businesses or unrelated businesses it doesn't matter to us.
If you have never used AI, or you have used AI but want to use it better, this workshop is for you. This is not an technical workshop, this is a really practical workshop for regular office workers where you take you from the basic's up to some more advanced tasks with easy to follow steps.
Yes, your staff will be doing lots of work themselves trying out all the examples and ideas that we show them. This is a practical hands on workshop.
We charge $2500 for a full day workshop. You can have up to 20 staff members attend the workshop. We come to your location so your staff don't have to travel.
Yes, we travel to your business to provide the workshop.
In order to host the workshop you will need to provide a room with tables and chairs for your staff, and WiFi Internet connection. If you have a projector and screen that would be great, if not we will bring our own for you. All your staff will need either a paid version of ChatGPT or Google Gemini. Sometimes it is nice to provide the staff lunch and snacks, but it is not required.

Our team is responsible for the training and support of 275+ organizations (1400+ office staff) across British Columbia in their use of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. We are based in Fort Langley, BC, Canada.
We first started to use AI in 2017 to support our day-to-day operations, it was based on the same technology that Siri and Alexa used. When we saw ChatGPT in early 2023 we spent a year switching over our internal systems to use Generative AI instead. The AI systems we use now regularly do 35-40% of the work in our office.
