This all day in person workshop teaches you on how you may use AI to improve office operations in your business or workplace. This session is specifically designed for secretaries, admin assistants, business owners and managers, it is not for IT and technical personal. This is a practical workshop with lots of time allocated to try using AI with your business and work information - and many opportunities to ask questions.

- How to get AI analyze data and summarize large amounts of text and write Excel formulas for you.

We don't have any software, apps, subscription or anything else to sell you. There is no Gold program to join, we are just here to teach you how to use AI. Our primary business is providing practical technology training to organizations, to help them use technology daily in your office.
The format of our workshops is as follows, first we will explain a topic you need to know about AI for 15mins, then I will demostrate how to do it using AI for 5mins, then you will actually do it 10-15mins. Then we repeat for the next topic. There will be no talk of strategy goals or change management or senior leadership synergies, it is practical workshop on how to use these AI tools today in your office and business.
For each topic we cover you will get to try it out yourself, we provide all the sample data so that you can try it out yourself or you can use your own business data or examples or ideas to see how it will work for your business. This is a very hands on workshop where you get to see how AI can work in your business.
While we might be a bit nerdy, these are not technical workshops. There will be NO programming or talk about designing AI systems. This is for regular business office users who use MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint at their desk and are responsible for responding to customers requests, writing marketing materials, or do administrative work in offices.
During the workshop we will show you how to do tasks using both ChatGPT and Google Gemini. Our ideas and examples can be applied to any AI tool. You should have a paid version of either ChatGPT or Google Gemini for the workshop. Bring your laptop because you will be doing lots of work yourself trying out the ideas and examples yourself.

Yes, if you would like to have a private workshop with just employees in your business we can definitely do that. We can come to your office. We charge $2500 per day, and we limit it to about 25 people in your business, just so that we can provide hands on practical individualize type learning.
